Our Techniques

We use a number of highly-effective adjusting  approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our judgment and years of experience. We treat auto and work injuries, sports and extremity injuries, children, pregnancy care, and geriatrics.  On site services include massage therapy, rehab, personal training, physical therapy exercises, nutrition, and weight management.

Dr. Maria Asks some important questions of interest to San Leandro residents - Chiropractor San Leandro Dr. Maria Asks...

Will chiropractic adjustments make my spine too loose?
No. Only the spinal joints that are fixated and "locked up" receive attention. The occasional spinal joint that moves too much is passed over so weakened muscles and ligaments can strengthen and heal.
Would you rather feel good or be healthy?
Ask most people in San Leandro and they want to feel good. Careful! Would you take medicine that makes you feel good, rather than vomit to expel improperly prepared food? Every chiropractic practice member knows that you can't measure your health by how you feel. True health is when your body works as it should.
